While we were looking at the Commonwealth games we decided to do some design work. We looked at how the medals and mascot were created for the Glasgow games and came up with concept sketches for our own ideas. Each finished mascot represents an area within the Commonwealth. Here are a few of the designs we came up with.

Week One – Events
Day one:
Team
Africa – Javelin throw, High Jump and Shot Put.
Tupuwae –
Caribbean and Americas vs Asia, Europe vs Pacific.
Day two:
Team
Pacific – Javelin throw, High Jump and Shot Put.
Tupuwae –
Africa vs Asia, Caribbean and Americas vs Europe.
Day three:
Rotation of Javelin, High Jump
and Shot Put between Asia, Europe and, Caribbean and Americas
Tupuwae –
Pacific vs Africa
